Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive access via email, secure download link, or checkout provider delivery instructions.

Payment Confirmation

Delivery begins after payment is successfully confirmed by Paystack. You should receive a payment receipt or order confirmation from Paystack or Healoza Web containing your transaction reference.

Please keep your payment confirmation for support, refund review, and delivery troubleshooting.

Delivery Timeframe

Most digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification, manual review, email delays, or technical processing.

If delivery does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us with your payment reference so we can assist promptly.
