This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be considered for digital products and services purchased from Healoza Web. We aim to handle all requests fairly, transparently, and in line with our Terms & Conditions and Delivery Policy.

Payments are processed through Paystack or other agreed payment methods depending on the product or service purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted. Digital products can be accessed immediately after successful payment, which limits the ability to reverse delivery once files or access have been provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital goods are delivered electronically and may become immediately available through email, download link, or checkout provider delivery systems.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery or download access
  • Failure to read the product description, requirements, or license terms before purchase
  • Incompatibility caused by unsupported hosting, software, or environment not stated as supported in the product description
  • Partial use of the product, files copied, or project work already started using delivered materials
  • Duplicate purchase where both deliveries were successfully received unless reported promptly

Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product
  • Technical delivery failure where the product was not received after confirmed payment
  • Product materially different from its published description on our website or checkout page
  • Corrupted or unusable files that cannot be replaced after support review

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include your order details, payment reference, and the email address used at checkout.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a digital product order before delivery, contact us immediately at healozaonline@gmail.com with your payment reference. If the product has not yet been delivered, we will attempt to cancel or refund the order where possible.

Once delivery has occurred, cancellation is generally not available except where an eligible refund reason applies.

Custom Services

For custom website development, PHP solutions, WordPress projects, and other services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, deliverables provided, and the terms agreed in your proposal or service agreement.

Deposits and milestone payments for work already performed are typically non-refundable. Any refund consideration for services will be reviewed case by case.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will review your order, payment confirmation, and delivery records and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible via Paystack or the payment channel used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

  • Full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order or payment reference from Paystack or your receipt
  • Product or service name
  • Date of purchase
  • Clear reason for the refund request

Processing Time

We review refund requests and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment provider where possible. Bank or card settlement times are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
