Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Healoza Web website at https://healoza.online and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services & Products

Healoza Web provides website development, custom PHP solutions, WordPress services, digital products, and related business services. Product descriptions, screenshots, and pricing displayed on our website are intended to accurately represent what is offered.

All offerings are subject to availability and may be updated, improved, or discontinued at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order or requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate contact and billing information and to complete payment according to the stated price or agreed quote.

Digital product payments and project deposits are processed through secure Paystack payment pages or invoices. Custom service payments may also be arranged through milestones as agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct at checkout. A completed payment constitutes acceptance of the applicable product price and these terms.

Prices for custom services are confirmed through quotes or proposals before work begins unless otherwise stated.

Project Deposits & Milestone Payments

Custom website development and related services may require an initial deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts, milestone schedules, and remaining balances are defined in your written quote or project proposal and must be approved before payment.

• Deposits are processed through secure Paystack payment links or invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Standard deposit tiers may be available on our Pay Deposit page for common project types
• Custom deposit amounts are sent by email as Paystack invoices after quote approval
• Work begins after deposit payment is confirmed
• Remaining project balances are due at agreed milestones or before final delivery
• Deposits applied to work already performed may not be refundable

Do not pay a project deposit until you have reviewed and accepted your quote. All standard deposits are charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through Paystack unless otherwise stated on your approved invoice.

Order Cancellation

Digital products: Once payment is completed and delivery or download access has been granted, digital product orders generally cannot be cancelled because the product becomes immediately accessible. If you placed an order in error before delivery, contact us immediately at healozaonline@gmail.com with your payment reference.

Custom services: Cancellation terms for website development and other custom projects depend on the work completed and the terms in your project proposal or agreement. Deposits for work already performed may not be refundable.

Digital Products & Licensing

Digital products such as eBooks, templates, scripts, themes, guides, and toolkits are licensed for use according to the product description and these terms unless a separate license is provided with the product.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

• Products are licensed for use by the purchasing customer or business
• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of source files is not permitted without written permission
• You may not claim authorship of our products or remove proprietary notices where included
• Commercial use may be allowed for certain products as described on the relevant product page

Violation of licensing terms may result in revoked access and further action where applicable.

Service Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery methods and timeframes are described in our Delivery Policy.

Custom development services are delivered according to timelines agreed in your project proposal, quote, or contract. Milestones, revisions, and handover requirements will be communicated before work begins.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during checkout, contact, and project requests
• Use our website, products, and services lawfully
• Not attempt to bypass licensing restrictions or unauthorized access controls
• Not engage in activities that may harm our website, systems, payment providers, or other users
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials, download links, or admin access provided to you

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience a payment issue, delivery problem, or product concern, please contact us first at healozaonline@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspended access to products or services while the dispute is reviewed.

We cooperate with Paystack and relevant financial institutions when legitimate disputes arise and will provide order and delivery records where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, code, and materials are owned by Healoza Web unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited except as permitted by a purchased license.

Limitation of Liability

Healoza Web shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or digital products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business results from use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian law and the dispute processes of relevant payment providers where applicable.
